[Velox] March WoE Castles

Castle rotations are in effect today. New castles are Hjlod in the Schwarzwald Realm, and Cyr in the Arunafeltz Realm.

Changes for this Saturday's WoE will include modifications as stated in this thread.

Velox Barricade Fix for February

Because we overlooked that investing in castle Defense points meant increasing the HP of Barricades (and the Emperium) we have re-implemented the original stats of Barricades for the rest of February, until March when we rotate castles. By that time, we will remove the option for castle owners to invest in Defense points. The God Items SE quest will be modified accordingly.
