Episode 12.1 The Nightmare of Midgard

Velox is now 70% updated to the Destruction of Morocc, Nightmare of Midgard, the next episode of Ragnarok Online. Next week, Chrono will be 80% updated to this chapter of the game.

+ Satan Morocc is now summonable through the Continental Guard Quest
+ Morocc's surrounding Sograt Desert is now charred
+ Residents of Morocc are moved to Morocc Ruins refugee camp.
+ Moscovia, an Russian-inspired island is now accessible by boat from Alberta.
+ Moscovia dungeons, fields and quests available.
+ Vision of Okolnir, War of Emperium SE god items quest now available.
+ Happy Chinese New Year - Choi Sun arrives in Velox February 1st to 15th.

Chrono is now offline to be updated to same and then some. For more details and more minor changes to the game, see News forum.

And happy Year of the Ox! From January 26th to February 15th the Choi Sun will be in Ayothaya handing out one red pocket to every player. As well our Kafra Shop specials are up for the festivities. Velox's version of the shop specials are omitted as our high-rate is still in maintenance.

An update on Velox's progress: maintenance is, of course, once again late. So far, the following accounts have their lost items/characters/password change requests done: sademule, imisslucky, Goku, nosoup. Party share gap is now 75. Zeny wipe is in effect, as well as skills reset. Next up is getting Velox Moscovia, Endless Tower, and new MvP card system.

Servers Updates & Velox Maintenance

Edit 6:40pm EST: Since Velox has went down earlier today, Bunny has decided to implement the fixes now so the server will be online on the weekend. Chrono will be online momentarily. If you are making a new Chrono account, please see forum thread linked below.

Velox will be down for maintenance sometime this weekend; in its place, Chrono will be put online. Meanwhile, Velox server will be updated to latest SVN and many other things will be implemented and/or fixed.

We will be making some Zeny adjustments to make Zeny more useful in the future, as well the agreed new effects of MVP Cards will be implemented as well. Party Share level gap will be fixed and changed to 75 to encourage partying.

You may have noticed that our website is now updated for the most part except the Database and Gallery. The Cards section of the database is complete, though.
