RyoRO Installer While-We-Wait

Since I have finished putting together the client files (the stuff you need to access the server) I've decided to put it up for download, here. Click on the link and Save File. Guides for installing RyoRO are on your left (the navigation). This installer is NOT in the Downloads tab yet.

You do NOT need to run the patcher!
Yet. It errors because there is nothing to for it to download, I will post when you need to patch :D

If you know you haven't and your hairstyle number is 33~40 then you will error from your characters should you use these new client files to run the game. Then you should download the old installer (the one in the Downloads tab), go in-game to change your hairstyle to 0~32 (when the server is online of course), log out, and then install the new client files linked in the paragraph above.

It is best if you start a new RO folder for these files because I've taken out a whole chunk of unneeded stuff.

In other news, Rogers (our ISP) will be coming to fix the internet connection on our server host tomorrow, so the server won't be able to go online until they do. I'll keep you guys posted!


Everyone get a haircut!

Important! Because the new patch you guys will download for the official reopening of Chrono will contain a different number of hairstyles, everyone must change their character(s) hairstyles right now so they won't error.

Everyone please find time to log into your Chrono accounts, and change all characters hair to a style between 0 and 32. No higher!

This is because the new hairstyles pack only contains 32 hairstyles, and the old hair pack you guys have has around 40. This is to prevent you guys from erroring from the missing 33~40 hairstyles.

Staff changes; Welcome GM Doll!

Since our hiatus we have some staff position changes! You can view all the staff and their jobs on the Staff tab above.

First of all, GM Rhyasha, who we will miss very much, will be too busy with life to be a full-time staff here, and thus has resigned earlier this May. We wish her good tidings in all her endeavors!

Secondly, GM Shana is now GM Fate, and is no longer a full-time staff, but a part-time emergency consultant staff. That means if there is something the other GMs aren't here for or cannot see through, Fate kicks in and saves the day!

Thirdly, Ryo will no longer be a GameMaster, but the server host. Until we have refined our Donations list, Ryo will support the server financially and oversee connection problems.

And last but not least! Please join me in welcoming GM Doll, who many of you have met on the forums already. Doll is our RO encyclopedia and potential future Event GM. She is quick with her research and is very familiar with RyoRO. Currently she is helping to revise our Event Prizes to allow more variety to choose from.

That is all~! Chrono should be up by the end of this weekend, given that nothing comes up to surprise me from behind.
