Q: I downloaded the RyoRO Installer, but it says "invalid file content" when I open it. How to fix?
A: Though unsure why this happens, here's the solution to fix it! Download this file, extract to your RO folder
(usually where you downloaded Sakray, C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO), and then click on to run the game.



Q: I logged out to change characters, but got a "Disconnected from server" message. Is the server down?
A: The server is online, most likely only the Login server is offline, disabling users from logging into RyoRO.
You can check by clicking on the link to the server status on the top-right. This is usually resolved in a few hours.



Q: Why do I suddenly get a "Someone has logged into this ID" message?
A: Someone else who knows your account password has logged in and has kicked you out of the game.
If you have never given your password to anyone, please contact GM Bunny so you may have it changed.



Q: While playing the game, a "Gravity Error" pops up, what do I do?

Your Sakray version is too old to see some of the game images in an area (shops, monsters, hats, etc).
Download the latest Sakray from our Downloads page, or patch your old Sakray to update it (see Guides).

RyoRO has added new files that required to see the new updates.
Run your RyoRO Patcher to get them, see Guides for troubleshooting with patching.


Q: "Gravity Error" pops up, but I can go to the same area with other characters, what's wrong?

Your Sakray version is too old to see some of the hats or equipment you may have just attained.
Download the latest Sakray from our Downloads page, or patch your old Sakray to update it (see Guides).

If you are fully patched, and still get this error, you may have a bugged hat/weapon equipped.
Contact GM Bunny to have it removed.


Q: I get a "Failed to load class/tab" error message, why?

You may be using another server's client to run RyoRO.
Reinstall RyoRO by download the Installer at the Downloads page and use to run the game.

The Installer files may not have downloaded properly.
Reinstall the game by downloading the Installer and running it again (it will overwrite previous files).


Q: How can I hear sound effects in the game? (Thanks to HokerJoker)
A: Check that your speakers are working, or try going to your RO folder and clicking the Setup icon.
    Make sure you have these settings: 2D sound, 22k sound frequency, 16 sound bit and 48 channel.



Q: How can I hear background music in the game?
A: Background music is optional and does not come with the RyoRO Installer. Download the "BGM" music folder from
    our Downloads page.



Q: Do I need kRO or RAG_SETUP to play the game?
A: No, here at RyoRO you only need to download Sakray and RyoRO Installer as indicated at the Downloads page.



Q: Where can I buy weapons and armor?
A: For Velox, the shops are located in Ayothaya, just across the bridge to the North. For Chrono, the Tool Shop is
    located center-right of the map.



Q: What are Poring Coins?
A: These are prizes given out if you win an event.
    They are used to exchange for many hat prizes at the Poring Coin Machine located in town.



Q: How do I get wings?
A: Check our database for a list of wing-quest NPCs.



Q: Where should I train after Level XX?
A: You can ask another player, or refer to our Training Places guide on the forums for both Chrono and Velox.
